I was in a bit of a rush trying to find a few parts for my truck, and O’Reilly Auto Parts made it easy overall. The search worked well, and I really liked being able to check if my local store had the part before I wasted time driving over there. A couple pages loaded slower than I wanted, which was a little annoying since I was trying to move fast. Checkout was simple enough, and the fitment tool helped a lot. Not perfect, but definitely better than guessing in the store.

"Refund was way faster than I expected"
I ordered the wrong part by mistake and was already bracing myself for some long, annoying refund process. But actually, it showed back up on my card in just a few days, so okay, credit where it’s due, that was great. The guy at the store was helpful too and made the return feel easy. That said, the online return steps had me irritated for a minute because they weren’t super clear at first. Overall good experience, just not quite 5 stars

The return process was simple and hassle-free. I appreciated that it didn’t take much effort, though I do wish there had been a little more communication along the way. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

It worked out good overall, but i still feel like an apology would’ve been nice given how things started. I’m glad the end result was okay, I just wish the experience had been handled a little better.

I ordered a battery and some wipers on O’Reilly Auto Parts, and the site was easy to figure out. It showed what was in stock near me, which I’m sure saved me from driving around or calling different stores.
I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because pickup at the counter took a bit longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, and the order was correct, so I’d probably use it again.

One of the items in my order wasn’t right, which was a bit frustrating. I didn’t really want to deal with that, but overall it wasn’t the end of the world. Everything else was fine, so I guess it worked out okay.

I got emails and texts when my parts were ready, which was nice bc I didn’t have to keep checking myself. The pickup message was clear too. Only small thing was one notification came a little late, but overall the communication was good

My battery went bad right before the warranty was up, I think it was sometime back in the spring, or maybe late winter, I can’t remember exactly. I took it back to O’Reilly, and they tested it, pulled up my info, and swapped it out quickly. No hassle, no arguing, no weird runaround. i really appreciated how simple they made the whole thing.

I keep finding myself coming back because the prices are actually good, like every time I check I end up thinking, yeah, this was worth it. Nothing too complicated, just solid deals that make me feel like I got my money’s worth.

I use oreillyauto.com often when I want to check on parts before making the drive to the store. When it’s right, it’s super helpful, and I’ve had times where it showed something in stock and it was actually there. But my most recent trip was kind of annoying because the site said the part was available, then I got there and found out it had to be ordered. The prices are usually fine, nothing amazing but not terrible either. Overall it’s useful, but lately I’ve been a little less confident in the availability info
"Clean store and easy to shop"
I stopped in to pick up some wiper blades and was really thankful for how clean and organized the store was. The aisles were easy to get through, and the floors looked well kept, which made the trip simple. Checkout took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I appreciated the easy shopping experience.

"Quick Pickup and Helpful Service"
I ordered brake pads online and they were already waiting for me when I got to the store. The guy at the counter was friendly and knew exactly what I was there for, which made the whole pickup super easy. I was in and out in about 5 minutes with no hassle at all. Really appreciated how smooth it was.

"Quick battery pickup and helpful install"
and I ordered a new battery from O’Reilly Auto Parts and picked it up at my local store. I wasn’t completely sure I wanted to try installing it myself, but the guy at the counter came outside and helped me get it in. He even checked the cables and made sure the car started up fine. It only took about 15 minutes, and I was really glad they offered to help because I probably would’ve been stuck messing with it in the parking lot. Overall, it was a simple and good experience.

They did end up helping me, so I’m definitely not upset about the final result or anything. It’s just that the whole process took longer than I expected, and I wasn’t really prepared for that. I kept waiting and checking in because I wasn’t sure if things were still moving along or if I needed to do something on my end. In the end, everything got sorted out, which I appreciate, but if it had been a little faster or if there had been more updates along the way, it would’ve been a much smoother experience.

I ordered a few parts from oreillyauto and, thankfully, the delivery actually showed up when it said it would. Tracking was simple enough, nothing got delayed or mysteriously lost, and the box arrived in decent shape with everything I ordered inside. it shouldn’t feel like a big deal when an order arrives on time, but here we are. I’d use them again.

I brought my car in because I was worried about the old battery, and they tested it for free, which was awesome. It turned out I needed a new one, and they got it swapped in quickly. "Super convenient when I need something quick"
I’ve been ordering from oreillyauto.com regularly because, the store near me is just so close. I can look up what I need online, see if it’s there, and then just grab it after work or on the weekend. It’s one of those things where I don’t really think about it much until I need oil, wipers, or some random little part, and then I’m like, yep, this is way easier. Not having to drive across town is probably my favorite part.
